Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. The brace must come back unworn, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email admin@corecareshop.online with your order number and what you want to change. We send the return address and the instructions the same working day.

Refunds

Once the parcel reaches us we check it and approve the refund. Your bank needs 5-10 business days to show the money back on the original payment method - that timing is on their side, not ours.

Exchanges

Wrong size or colour? Ask for an exchange and we send the replacement out first.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to admin@corecareshop.online within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.

Not covered

Wear and tear from normal use, and items returned after the 30-day window.
