What exactly is the Instant Posture Corrector?
It is a wearable brace with cross-back straps. Put it on and it holds your shoulders in an upright position straight away.
How does it work?
The straps cross behind your back and draw your shoulders gently backwards. Your chest opens, your back straightens, and you feel where upright actually is.
Can I wear it all day?
Most people start with 30-60 minutes a day and build up from there. The fabric is breathable, so longer sessions stay comfortable once you are used to it.
Is the fit adjustable?
